Willow Churchwell passed away shortly after birth on May 12, 2107. She is the daughter of Jeffrey Churchwell and Jayden Mullins.
She is survived by her parents; brothers, Jeffrey and Robert Churchwell, and Deacon Newman; sisters, Brittnay, Brae and Emma Churchwell, and Ryah Wiggins; grandparents, Connie Newman, Robert Churchwell, Mike Mullins, and Suzie Mullins; great grandparents, Billie & Byrl Mullins and Janice McKay; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by great grandfather, Audrey McKay.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at Kuykendall Cemetery. Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Carmi is in charge of arrangements. On-line condolences may be left at stendebackfamilyfuneralhome.com
