Sally Ann Bartley, 35, of Carmi, passed away Thursday, June 7, 2012 at 10:05 p.m. at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. She was born February 7, 1977 in Champaign, IL, the daughter of Lisa Edgecomb. She married Andy Bartley on September 14, 1996. Sally was a homemaker.
Surviving are her husband of 15 years, Andy Bartley of Carmi; her parents, Lisa and Lonnie Duvall of Carmi; her grandmother, Shirley Duvall of Carmi; a son, Cody Bartley of Carmi; a step daughter, Christine Bartley of Vienna, IL; a step son, Brett Bartley of Galatia, IL; two sisters, Rebecca Jane Duvall and Mellissa Marie Duvall both of Carmi; and a brother, Lonnie Joe Duvall, Jr. of Carmi.
Graveside funeral services and burial for Sally Ann Bartley, 35, of Carmi, will be Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at 10:30am in Melrose Cemetery in Carmi. Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi is in charge of arrangements.
