Ryan Potter

Ryan Mathew Potter, 27, of Mt. Vernon died Sunday, August 29, 2004 at home. Ryan was born January 14, 1977 in Evansville, IN son of Cheryl (Brakie) and Myrl L. Potter. Ryan graduated from Mt. Vernon High School with the Class of 1995. Ryan was preceded in death by his grandmother Madilene Brakie, November 22, 2003.
He is survived by his son Kort Anthony Potter of Mt. Vernon, his parents, his brother and sister in law, Mark and Stephanie Potter and niece Maci of Mt. Vernon, grandparents, Bob and Dorothy Bauer and Henry Brakie of Mt. Vernon and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Private funeral services will be held Wednesday at Austin Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon with Rev. Leon Clark officiating. Burial will be in the Bellefontaine Cemetery in Mt. Vernon. Memorial contributions can be made to The Alexandrian Public Library or the Church of God Mission.
