Ralph C. Martin, Jr., 64, of Norris City passed away at 5:01 a.m., Friday, March 23, 2018 at his residence. He was born in Carmi, IL on September 4, 1953 the son of Ralph Curtis Martin, Sr. and Mildred Louise (Austin) Martin. Ralph married Terri Ruth Mitchell on July 18, 1992. He was a 1972 graduated of Norris City Omaha High School and had worked in the oilfield and at the Champion Lab Warehouse in Albion. Ralph enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting deer, fishing and riding his ATV.
