Phyllis J. Snyder 76 of Carmi passed away August 12, 2018 at Hamilton Memorial Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in McLeansboro.

She was born September 20, 1941 in Booneville, IN.

She is survived by her son, Mike Goff; daughters, Kimberly Stover and Angela Goff; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
