Miriam Ann Palm

   Miriam Ann Palm, 91, of Carmi, formerly of League City, TX passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at Hamilton Memorial Hospital in McLeansboro, IL. She was born in Carmi, IL the daughter of Ross and Frances (Marlin) Englebright. Ann was a graduate of Carmi High School. She married Steven Palm and they enjoyed 50 years of marriage until his passing on January 21, 2026. Ann retired from IBM where she had worked as a secretary for many years.

   Ann is survived by her children, Brad (Tammy) Renshaw of Carmi and Valerie Caputo of Clearwater Beach, FL; two sisters, Barbarba Laquatte of Herrin, IL and Rachel Fox of Portland, OR; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Brian Renshaw and a brother, Greg Englebright.

   Graveside Memorial Services for Miriam Ann Palm, 91, of Carmi will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 21, 2026 in Melrose Cemetery in Carmi. Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi is assisting the family with arrangements.
