Melinda Baker

Melinda Baker, 50 of McLeansboro, passed away at 9:35 a.m., Thursday, January 31, 2019, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon, IL. She was born in Joliet, IL on April 4, 1968 the daughter of Harold William and Luella Marie (Briggs) Baker. Melinda worked in medical records at the Veteran Administration in Marion. She enjoyed scrapbooking, video editing and photography.

Melinda is survived by daughter, Victoria Baker of McLeansboro; her parents, Harold and Luella Baker, of McLeansboro; brother, Raymond Baker, of Norris City and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by a sister, Victoria Baker.

A celebration of life for Melinda Baker will be held at a later date. Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City is in charge of arrangements.
