Mark Smith, 74 of Mt. Vernon, died July 28, 2015 in Evanville. He was born October 14, 1940 in Baltimore, MD, the son of Edward and Helen (Cramer) Smith. Mark had worked as a self-employed engineer.
He is survived by his brother, Terry of Mt. Vernon and a niece, Tari L. Kinsey and nephew, Thomas Smith.
