Lois June Wood, 79 of Norris City, died January 9, 2014 at Meadowood Nursing Home in Grayville. She was born July 6, 1934 in White County, the daughter of Marcus and Mary Witherspoon Lamp.
She is survived by her son, Bruce Hollingsworth of California, MO; her daugher, Cindy Schmittler of Grayville; grandchildren also survive.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday February 1, 2014 at Operation Now in Brownsville. The Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Carmi is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be left at stendebackfamilyfuneralhome.com
