Lisa Dianne Winkleman

    Lisa Dianne Winkleman, 53, of Carmi, Illinois, entered the presence of Jesus on Sunday, July 23, 2023, at home surrounded by her loving family. Lisa was born on April 13, 1970, in Chicago, Illinois the daughter of Thomas Mack and Dianne Pletzke. On March 10, 1990, she married Kregg Winkleman in Wheaton, Illinois and together they have shared over thirty-three years of marriage.  Lisa loved decorating and shopping for home decor. She was often called upon for church decorating, birthday parties, graduations and just about any event. More than anything she loved God and her family and always put them before herself. She was a mighty woman of God. She maintained her strong faith in God to the very end of her time on earth as she peacefully stepped into the presence of Jesus.

     In addition to her husband Kregg Winkleman of Carmi, IL, Lisa is survived by, her children, Lauren (Kyler) Cook of Portage, MI, David Tyler Winkleman of Kalamazoo, MI and Hailey Winkleman of Carmi, IL; grandchildren, Caia, Elias and Jonas Cook of Portage, MI; siblings, David (Heather) Mack of St. Charles, IL and Heidi Hanasik of Newburgh, IN; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Dianne and Egon Neuss.

     A private family service celebrating the life of Lisa Dianne Winkleman will be held at a later date. Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi is in charge of arrangements..
