Kathy Sue Dinwiddie

Kathy Sue Dinwiddie, 53, of Norris City, IL, entered heaven’s rest on Friday, September 9, 2022, at home, surrounded by her family. Kathy was born on May 10, 1969, in LaGrange, IL the daughter of Joseph Henry and Iva Mae (Hankins) Dinwiddie. Kathy was kind and caring, she loved spending time with her family and enjoyed reading and traveling. She was a woman of faith who worshipped the Lord at Enfield General Baptist Church. Kathy held a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and was employed at Wabash Area Development Inc. (WADI).

Survivors include, her father, Henry Dinwiddie of Enfield, IL; niece, Angelica Dinwiddie of Norris City, IL; nephews, Nick and John Page of Enfield, IL; Uncle, Knox (Laura) Dinwiddie of Scott City, MO, and many friends. Kathy was preceded in death by her mother, Iva Mae Dinwiddie; brother and sister-in-law, James Dale and Starla Dinwiddie; uncle, Lonnie Hankins; aunts, Kathy Fleck, Linda Sandusky and Joyce Dinwiddie. 

Funeral services for Kathy Sue Dinwiddie, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at Stendeback Funeral Home in Enfield, IL with burial immediately following in Enfield Cemetery. Friends and family may visit from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Stendeback Funeral Home in Enfield, IL is in charge of the arrangements.
