J.A.Y. Michael Byington Randall, 34 of Carmi passed away Saturday February 25, 2017 at his home. He was born January 5, 1983 in Harrisburg, the son of Jerry Lee and Patricia (Yanda) Randall.
He is survived by his sister, P.J. (Mark Blake) Rustin; his nephew, Kaleb Rustin and several aunts uncles, cousins and friends.
Private family funeral services will be held.
