James D. Tipp, 63, of Enfield, passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 9:03 p.m. at his residence in Enfield. He was born May 20, 1948 in Norris City, IL, the son of Donna Dean Blake.
James is survived by a step son, Donald Long of Enfield; a step daughter, Melissa Quertermus of Norris City; a half brother, Milton Gill of Viroqua, WI; a sister, Rose Copus of Richland Center, WI; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother; and a half brother, Harvey Gill.
A memorial service for James D. Tipp, 65, of Enfield, will be held Monday, February 27, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Broughton Community Center in Broughton, IL. There is no visitation. Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City is in charge of arrangements.
