James "Jimmy" Henderson

    James Edward "Jimmy" Henderson, 53, of McLeansboro, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at Heart to Heart Hospice in Evansville, Indiana. He was born on January 2, 1971, in Eldorado, Illinois, the son of Richard Eugene and Lillie Genevieve (Barnett) Henderson. Jimmy worked as a truck driver. He enjoyed playing guitar, fishing, hunting and woodworking. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

     Jimmy is survived by his mother, Lillie Henderson of McLeansboro, IL; his children, Emily Henderson of Westville, IL. and Garrett Henderson of Westville, IL; and a sister, Rosemary (Kevin) Ballard of McLeansboro, IL. He is preceded in death by his father, Richard Henderson and two infant brothers, Richard and Ralph.

     A private service will be held for James "Jimmy" Henderson at a later date. Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi is in charge of arrangements.
