Ivan James
March 2, 1945 — January 5, 2012
Ivan James 66, of Carmi, passed away Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 4:50 p.m. at his daughter's residence in Clarksville, IN. He was born March 2, 1945 in Maunie, IL, the son of Eva Marie James. He worked at American Standard as a Laborer and was of the Pentecost faith.
Ivan is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Tonya and Chris Taylor of Clarksville, IN; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Roy and Diane Ritcheson and Doug Ritcheson all of Carmi, and Richard and Nella Ritcheson of New Haven; a sister and brother-in-law, Glenda and Darrell Nelson of Carmi; two grandchildren, Savannah and Audriana Taylor; and his ex-wife, Mary James.
He was preceded in death by his his finan'ce, Sue Nolan and a brother Fred Ritcheson.
Funeral services for Ivan James, 66, of Carmi, will be Sunday, January 8, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi with the Rev. William Jackson officiating. Burial will be in Union Ridge Cemetery near Norris City. Friends may call on Sunday, from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi.
