Estella Joan Stone

   Estella Joan Stone, 91, of McLeansboro passed away at Color Point in McLeansboro on October 6, 2026. She was born on March 3, 1935 in Springerton to John Willard and Sarah Irene (Upton) Stone. Joan was a member of the RLDS in Springerton. She had worked for Trade Industries in McLeansboro.

   Joan is survived by her sisters Mabel Healy and Sandy McKenzie; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Jack Stone.

   Funeral Services for Estella Joan Stone, 91, of McLeansboro will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 17, 2026 at Stendeback Funeral Home in Enfield. Burial will follow in Springerton Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. at Stendeback Funeral Home in Enfield. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Estella’s memory to Color Point and will be accepted at the funeral home or to Campbell Funeral Home, 609 W. Main St., Carmi, IL 62821.
