Elberta Willmore

Elberta Willmore, 99, of Norris City, passed away Friday, January 17, 2014 at 6:50 a.m. at Shawnee Rose Care Center in Harrisburg. She was born September 13, 1914 in New Haven, IL, the daughter of Joe and Gladys (Durell) Davis. Elberta was a woman of strong christian faith and a member of Mt. Oval Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Patricia Wood of Thompsonville, IL; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and several great-great grandchildren.
Elberta was preceded in death by her husband, Ceble Willmore; two sons, Kenneth and David Willmore; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services for Elberta Willmore, 99, of Norris City, will be held on Sunday, January 19, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City. Burial will be at Mt. Oval Cemetery near Norris City. Friends may call on Saturday, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Sunday, after 1:00 p.m. until time of services at the funeral home.
