Dorothy Sue (Warren) Hodges, 85 of Norris City, IL. passed away at 7:02 a.m., on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at Wabash Christian Village in Carmi. Sue was born in Broughton, Illinois on September 10, 1934 the daughter of Truman and Ruby (Veatch) Warren.  She married Paul A. Hodges on March 4, 1983 and he preceded her in death on December 28, 2000. Sue was an active member of First Baptist Church in Norris City. She has worked for 15 years as a Clerk for the State of Illinois Department of Human Services.

Dorothy is survived by a daughter, Sherrie (Doyle) Duvall of Cleveland, TN; five grandchildren, Shawn (Courtney Karcher) Anderson, Shannon (Victoria) Anderson, Justin (Amanda) Duvall, Mary (Brad) Harris and Lisa (Josh) Wervey; five great-grandchildren and a niece Pam (Joe) Dimaggio.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a sister and brother-in-law, Ellen and Kelly Pyle and a niece Kim Pyle.

Private graveside services will be held for Dorothy Sue Hodges of Norris City with burial in Enfield Cemetery in Enfield, IL. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to First Baptist Church in Norris City.  Please visit www.campbellfuneralservices.com to sign the guest book, leave a condolence or pledge a donation.
