Donna Hutchison

     Donna Marie (Aldrich) Hutchison, 78, of Carmi, departed for her heavenly home on Monday, May 12, 2025. She was born on December 12, 1946, in New Harmony, Indiana, the daughter of Ermil and Thelma M. (Davis) Aldrich. Donna graduated from New Harmony High School in 1964, where she learned the love of the flute, which she continued to play for decades. Donna served the Lord and was a member of Life Tabernacle Church in Evansville, Indiana. She loved spending time with her dogs, Sadie and Sophie.

     Donna is survived by her son, Stephen (Ann) Miller; nieces, LeaAnn Carroll, Carmen (Jim) Naas, Dawn (Shawn) Worman; and many great-nieces and great-nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; a son, David Miller; husbands, David Hutchison and Walter Shook; and her sisters, Velma Fisher Hyatt and Tami Aldrich Kimbrough.

     A graveside memorial service for Donna Hutchison will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at Maple Hill Cemetery in New Harmony. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Donna's memory to Pets At Risk, and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi, who is in charge of arrangements.
