Diana Wease

Diana Wease 74 of Crossville, passed away Thursday December 10, 2020 at Ferrell Hospital in Eldorado. She was born September 27, 1946 in New Harmony, IN the daughter of Leroy and Mildred (Cain) Hyatt. She married David Wease on September 21, 1968 in New Harmony.

Diana had worked as a Rehabilitation Aid at Carmi Skilled Care and Meadowood Nursing for many years. She enjoyed crafting and painting. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Crossville.

She is survived by her husband, David; daughter, Laurie (Brad) McGhee; son, David (Maryann) Wease; grandchildren, Emily and Stone McGhee, David Wease, Amanda (Moses) Scott, Cole Wease and Kelsey Thompson; great-grandchildren, Lillian Wease and Hazel Scott; sister, Hazel Vojesus. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Donny, Bill, Joe, Mike and Jackie Hyatt and sister, Ginger Hyatt.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday December 14, 2020 at the Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Carmi with burial in Stokes Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until time of services. Due to the current health crisis, social distancing including wearing masks will need to  be observed.
