Carol Ann Osborne, 65, of Carmi, passed away at 8:55 p.m. on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at Carmi Manor Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. She was born December 13, 1951 in South Bend, IN the daughter of Ivan and Wanda (Chaulk) Osborne. She was a homemaker.
Carol is survived by a son, Kenny Worley, of Grayville; daughter, Angela (David) Simmons of Carmi; step-daughter, Anita Woodring, of Lafayette, IN; sister, Norma Woodward of Peru, IN; half-sister, Debbie Counsil of Kokomo, IN and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Dennis Osborne and a sister, Wanda Lee Sutton.
There will be no services. Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi is in charge of arrangements.
