Arnold "Mickey" Kueber, Jr.

      Arnold "Mickey" Matthew Kueber, Jr. of Carmi, passed away on Friday, May 23, 2025, He was born October 14, 1953, in Mt. Vernon, Indiana, the son of Arnold Matthew and Virginia (Means) Kueber, Sr. Mickey married Becky (Burnett) Kueber in 1992, and she preceded him in death on December 7, 2019. He worked at Jones and Laughlin Steel Vessels Trim Company in Evansville as well as operating Mick's Upholstery. He was a member of Maunie United Methodist Church and the Mt. Vernon Eagles Lodge #1717.

      Mickey enjoyed gardening, fishing and painting. He was really good at working with his hands, tinkering with anything he could. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

      Mickey is survived by his children, Julie Kueber of Griffith, IN., Jimmy Kueber of Maunie, IL., and Adam (Nikki) Jolley of Mt. Vernon, IN.; siblings, Paula Diane Kueber and Stephen "Steve" (Kathy) Kueber; a sister-in-law, Debbie Kueber; 12 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and good friends. In addition to his wife, Becky Kueber, Mickey is preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Glenda Sue Henson and Jeffrey Alan Kueber.

      Graveside funeral services and burial for Arnold "Mickey" Kueber will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at Marshall Ferry Cemetery near Maunie, IL. In lieu of flower, contributions may be made to Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi to assist the family with expenses. Donations may be made by Venmo @jordanfuneralgroup and may also be mailed to 609 W.
